Hi, welcome to my listing and thanks for looking. Name: Josef Svarc, Podebrady, Czech. Type: Large cut Thistle vase. The general condition is very good. The front top left corner has what appears to be a smoothed off edge, easy to repair if required, see pics. Saying that it is still wonderful piece of glassware and priced accordingly.
