With cut sunburst pattern decoration on both the base and circumference, and a scalloped rim. In excellent preowned condition, was in storage for the last 15 years. Wasn't used or displayed. Didn't notice any chips, scratches. There are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age at the bottom, simply from the vase's being heavy.
