Antique 1908 VAL ST LAMBERT Rare Form Cut to Clear Vase 3385/17 HF 310 Pattern
This is a very very scarce/ rare to find 1908 catalog Val St Lambert Belgian glass tall vase. In cut to clear emerald green to clear crystal the vase is only 8 inches high. But it has one of the most American looking and difficult patterns to locate. It has some flea bites in various miters and one on the scalloped top (very small indeed). But this example is the only one of its kind I can locate for sale or not for sale anywhere in the world right now! It looked like a Hoare or Pairpoint or Libbey cutting but I can find this vase in the 1908 VSL catalog pg 13 number 16 shape 3385/17 pattern HF 310. This is the only one around for sale and has superior cutting. Shows appropriate bottom wear too for 1908. Has 8 point star within 16 point star base cut. Probably had a paper label when new in 1908.
