Bohemian Cobalt Blue Cut to Clear Glass 12 1/2 Vase Vintage Czech. 12 ½" h x 5 ¼". There is a small scratch thru the blue just below the lip between a couple of the top row of dots. Above the dot to the right of that scratch as the flare for the lip starts to form there is a small scratch/rough area I can feel.

Dot to the left of that scratch again where flare begins are a few tiny rough spots. A few random bubbles can be seen in the glass. There are random light scratches on the bottom. Overall the condition is commensurate with Vintage, Mid-Century Modern age.
