Cut to Clear design with the clear part being very clear and the colored part being nice and vibrant. To go along with the cut design in the crystal there is also a nice frosted floral design on item as well. Condition is great but not perfect. Upper rim is free of chips or cracks.

There are a few tiny bubbles embedded in the crystal and tiny flea bites here and there as expected with older Crystal. This item is preowned, minor hard to see scratches primarily on underside of item from surface contact should be expected. No maker's mark on item that i can find.
