Hawkes Gravic Glass Floral Engraved and Leaf Cut Crystal Trumpet Vase

  

This sale is for one (1) TG Hawkes crystal trumpet vase. The cut crystal vase features stone-wheel engraved flowers as well as deep leaf cuts throughout.

The round base has starburst cuts as well as a etched leaf swag. The vase measures about 9 1/4" tall, 4 1/2" across the top and 3 7/8 at the base.

The vase is acid etched with the marking Gravic Glass with three circles joined at the center with a fleur de lis flanked by two hawks. The vase does not have a pattern name as many have not been discovered per research about Hawkes Gravic Glass. It was was crafted in the US beginning in 1903. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or cloudiness.

The underside of the base does have scratches from being moved around on a rough surface. The scratches do not detract from the beauty of this exquisite piece. I have no control over these rates.
