MOSER Bohemian 12.5 CUT GLASS CRYSTAL TRUMPET BUD VASE 24k Gilded Gold Trim

  

Painting with gold belongs to the original decorations of Moser´s products. Dextrous painters apply thin threads of gold with a Fine brush not only at the rim of a glass, but also on previously engraved or sandblasted motives. Gilding is proceeded with 24 K gold.

The final process is the hand polishing of gilded glasses, using agate or hematite stones. The brilliance the product gains after this operation points out its beauty and elegance even more. No chemical polishing is used at Moser Glassworks. Consider purchasing this spectacular and rare - unsigned 20th century Moser Karlsbad (or in the manner of) Art Glass 12.5 inch Tall - Trumpet Bud Vase... Made in Karlsbad, Czechoslovakia and designed possibly around the 1930's... The body of the vase is cut in a cross hatch pattern with each deep cut creating a diamond or pyramid.. Fan pattern cuts along the top area of the vase.. Gold painting along the half inch width top rim area along with thin threaded lines outlining pillar patterns between the two cuts in glass. This unsigned Moser stands approximately 12.5 inches tall - 2 3/8 inches top rim diameter.. Base measures 3.75 inches rim diameter.. Light signs of previous use and ownership needs to be taken into consideration - this has been possibly used by the previous owner - The vase is free of chips, cracks, nicks of any kind the glass - some gold wear is noticeable.

Just re-package in its original packaging materials, box and insured (or similar in size).. The items I sell are vintage, antique pieces and have been previously owned - these are not new store bought items...
