Most unusual large Footed Goblet or Chalice, Ruby Cut to Clear has 4 Oval Vignettes Yellow Stained with Hand Decorated Black Designs on outside of a Sailboat, Windmill, Farm House and Sheds. Between them is a gold squiggly design on clear glass and some gilded ovals underneath around cuts.

So much going on, probably 19th Century Bohemian Czech by Moser. Have not found another like it anywhere.
